1. Agreement to These Terms
This User Agreement (“Terms”) governs your access to and use of the SweetDrama mobile application, website, content, and related services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your location. If local law requires consent from a parent or legal guardian, you may use the Services only with that consent. You are responsible for complying with age ratings and other requirements that apply where you live.
3. Accounts and Access
Some features may require an account. Information you provide should be current and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
If third-party sign-in is available, your use of that sign-in method is also subject to the provider’s terms. Loss of access to a third-party account may affect your ability to sign in to SweetDrama.
4. The SweetDrama Service
SweetDrama provides access to short-form entertainment content and related discovery and playback features. Available titles, episodes, functions, and supported devices may differ by location and can change over time. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the Services when reasonably necessary for operational, licensing, security, or legal reasons.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights;
- copy, record, redistribute, sell, or publicly display content except where the Services or law expressly allows it;
- circumvent access controls, geographic restrictions, security features, or usage limits;
- reverse engineer or interfere with the Services except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by law;
- upload malicious code, automate abusive requests, or disrupt other users; or
- misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or use the Services for fraud.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
The Services, including their software, design, trademarks, artwork, and audiovisual content, are owned by or licensed to SweetDrama and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the Services for private, non-commercial viewing.
If the Services allow you to submit feedback or other content, you remain responsible for what you submit and must have the rights needed to do so. Feedback may be used to improve the Services without an obligation to compensate you.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
SweetDrama may offer paid content, subscriptions, or virtual items in some versions or regions. Before a purchase, the price, billing period, included access, and any applicable renewal terms will be shown through the app or store. Payments and refunds may be processed by an app store or payment provider and are also subject to that provider’s rules and applicable law.
If a subscription renews automatically, you can manage or cancel it through the account or store used to purchase it. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not remove access already paid for during the current billing period, unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The Services may contain advertising or links to third-party services. Third parties are responsible for their own content, products, terms, and privacy practices. A link or advertisement does not mean that SweetDrama endorses every claim made by the third party.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how information may be handled when you use the Services. Please review it together with these Terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or end access to the Services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, an account creates security or legal risk, or action is necessary to protect users or the Services. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion if that feature is available.
11. Service Availability and Disclaimers
We work to keep SweetDrama useful and available, but the Services may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SweetDrama and its service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, business practices, or legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the current version. When a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Services. Continuing to use the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. They do not limit consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be waived in your country or region. Any dispute should first be raised with us so that the parties can try to resolve it informally.
